January 11, 2017 - Benefactors led by Ptr. Jaime Delos Santos, conducts Feeding
Program for
200 elderly and sickly inmates.
January 24, 2017 - Conducts the First Open Water Baptism at the Water Reservoir
inside the
Sputnik Pondohan, 10 reformed
inmates were baptized.
January 28, 2017 - UCCC Saturday Interdenominational Worship Service for the 91
remaining
MSTP-Graduates held at the CLEM Church.
January 30, 2017 - UCCC Head Servant Ptr. Jun Borromeo led the Feeding Program for
100
elderly inmates, courtesy of Borromeo
Family.
February 1, 2017 - UCCC conducts Thanksgiving Service and Feeding Program for more
than
100 inmates confined at the Special
Care Pavilion.
February 7, 2017 - Start of the Weekly UCCC Worship Service inside Sputnik
Brotherhood
Pondohan, with 112 attended.
February 16, 2017 - Fellowship/Feeding Program for UCCC Servants and Stewards by Ptr.
Elmer Anibigno and Ptr. Larry Amparo
at the CLEM Church.
February 20, 2017 - Conducts the Second Open Water Baptism at the Water Reservoir

February 25, 2017 - UCCC Saturday Interdenominational Worship Service for the 72

MSTP-Graduates held at the CLEM Church.
March 6, 2017 - Start of Weekly Kapuso Worship Service at the Kapuso Center, the very
first
worship service for the 47 inmate-
beneficiaries under Health and Welfare, led
by its Kapuso Inmate Team President,
Vincent Evangelista attended.
March 17, 2017 - Donated 30 pcs of empty drums in support to Fire Prevention Month,
followed
by 50 pcs of empty drums as Water
Reservoir for the newly organized
Medium Security Compound Fire
Volunteers.
March 20-31, 2017 - The start of the BMTP Special Seminar Workshop. BMTP Course 1
with 35
enrollees, held at the UCCC
Reformation Office.
April 3, 2017 - Completion of the BMTP Special Seminar Workshop, held at the UCCC
Reformation Office.
April 5, 2017 - Theology Workshop by Ptr. Jaime Delos Santos at the UCCC Reformation
Office,
attended by MSTP Teachers /
Coordinators.
May 31, 2017 - Ptr. Jun Borromeo was transferred to the Minimum Security Compound
(MinSeCom), NBP, the UCCC Head
Servant-ship was reverted back to Rev.
David Allen Uy.
June 6, 2017 - BLFI donates Pulmo-Aide Compressor / Nebulizer Model #5650D for UCCC

June 12, 2017 - UCCC launched the OPLAN PAGBABAGO under BuCor Director Atty.
Benjamin C. Delos Santos, to rid the
prison camp of contraband items such
as illegal drugs, deadly weapons,
communication gadgets, and to maintain
peace and order. The event was held
at the Main Grandstand.
June 22, 2017 - Bible Donation (600) from the CCF led by Ptr. Gary Galvez at the
International
Prison Ministries Church.
June 27, 2017 - UCCC supports the Nagkakaisang Kapatiran Para Sa Bayan at Kabataan
(NAKABAKA) Event entitled “Kapatiran
sa Loob at Labas ng Piitan” by
managing the Feeding Program for
Elderly and Sickly inmates.
July 24, 2017 - BuCor OPLAN PAGBABAGO officially supports the MSTP of UCCC; provides
Uniforms to UCCC Teachers and Mentors
for their Cell2Cell Outreach (Values
Development Course) and Worship
Services on various Work and Livelihood
sites inside MedSeCom to the benefit
of thousands of inmates.
August 21, 2017 - Start of Weekly Worship Service inside the Batang City Jail (BCJ-32)
Pondohan, with 76 attendees.
September 19, 2017 - Bible Distribution (650) from benefactors led by
Ptr. Jun Borromeo and
Ptr. Lemuel Mag-aso from the CCF.
CCF donated one (1) 42” Television Set
to PGII Purificacion P. Hari for the
purpose of viewing religious films and
documentaries for inmates (which was
never seen again).
September 27, 2017 - Resident Teachers Council (Nicolas Salonga, RetCoun President)
conducted Seminar and Gift-giving for
Student Councils of all the different
Education Units of MedSeCom with Rev.
David Allen Uy representing BLFI-
UCCC as lecturer on the topic “The
Great Provider” held at the Mary Help of
Christians Catholic Church.
October 13, 2017 - Rev. David Allen Uy turned-over the UCCC Head Servant-ship to
Pastor
Marciano Planas, as per Council
Resolution No. 05-S-2017.
October 30, 2017 - PSO1 Artemio M. Martin, OIC, MedSeCom, NBP ordered the closure of
UCCC Reformation
Office and the dissolution of UCCC. Martin
gave the Office with facilities of UCCC
to Inmate Drug Lords that resulted in
the controversy inside MedSeCom. However,
UCCC under Ptr. Marciano
Planas boldly continued with its MSTP
(Cell2Cell and Weekly Worship
Services) unofficially.
This was the last activity of BLFI inside MedSeCom, NBP.
