March 1, 2016 - Conducted the “Interdenominational Christian Teaching, Guidance Counseling
and Mentoring Course 1” of the MSTP, attended
by UCCC Servants and
Stewards.
March 14, 2016 - Graduation – MSTP Class 2016 Batch 1 “Ang Bagong Buhay” from the BuCor
Inmates Diabetes Association (BIDA), the
DTRC–TCC and Building 6, was
held at the Visiting Hall. Also included
in the Graduation Ceremony were the
11 UCCC Servants and Stewards who passed
and completed the
“Interdenominational Christian Teaching,
Guidance Counseling and Mentoring
Course 1” of the MSTP. The event was
graced by PSO1 Wilfredo G. Bayona,
PGII Purificacion Hari, Mr. Christian
Cruz (Educ), and Resource Speaker,
Min. Catalino Malinao (BLFI). Total
attendance is 135 inmates including 74
graduates (others were released).
March 14, 2016 - Launching of the Theme Song and Dance Interpretation of “Repormasyon”
written by Rowene Bangiban and Rommel Orot.
March 26, 2016 - Conducts the Washing of the Feet and the Holy Communion Services held at
the Vocational Training Center (morning)
with 56 attendees; and at the
DTRC–TCC (afternoon) with Guests from the
Gideons International, with 110
attendees.
May 10, 2016 - UCCC Worship Service and Feeding Program for 150 Elderly and Disabled
inmate-beneficiaries.
June 14, 2016 - Conducts Orientation on BMTP Classes to 33 inmate-enrollees from DTRC
Building 6, under the direct supervision
of PSO1 Wilfredo G. Bayona.
June 20, 2016 - Start of MSTP Course – “Ang Bagong Buhay” Batch 3 with 36 inmate-enrollees
from DTRC–Building 6.
June 25, 2016 - UCCC Last Saturday Worship Service held at the CLEM Church, attended by
more than 70 graduates of Batch 1/2 of MSTP
Courses who are all UCCC
members.
July 4, 2016 - Begins the MSTP Course – “Ang Bagong Buhay” with inmates from BIDA
(Batch 2), Sputnik, BCJ, BSL, HGL, GIG,
Batman gangs, and SCP (Pavilion).
Rev. David Allen Uy took over the UCCC
Head Servant-ship form Ptr. Jack
Caratay, after he abandoned his post as
ordered by Ptra, Shirley Millora of
CLEM Church.
July 20, 2016 - SAF takeover MaxSeCom, NBP.
September 5, 2016 - UCCC launched the Board of Governors under the leadership of Rev.
David Allen Uy, to look after the welfare
of all inmates inside MedSeCom,
NBP.
October 25, 2016 - Graduation – MSTP Batch 3; and BMTP Batch 1, at the Mary Help of
Christians Catholic Chapel, with PGI Dante
Raymundo, RGA MedSeCom as
inspirational speaker and Min. Catalino
A Malinao as Guest Speaker, hosted
by Gary Zaldy Galvez and Sammuel Lemuel
Alfonso. A total of 143 students
graduated;
The UCCC’s 2nd Choral Showcase and the
1st Songwriting Showcase, in
support to the 22nd NCCW was held at the
Mary Help of Christians
Catholic Chapel, hosted by Gary Zaldy
Galvez and Sammuel Lemuel Alfonso.
October 27, 2016 - Bible Distribution from the Gideons International lead by Bro. Steve
Samson, assisted by the UCCC at the
Special Care Pavilion (SCP) for 110
elderly-inmates.
October 28, 2016 - The UCCC’s 2nd Awarding & Recognition Ceremony (Gawad Parangal) for
107 Outstanding Inmates, hosted by Gary
Zaldy Galvez and Sammuel
Lemuel Alfonso.
October 29, 2016 - Conducted the NCCW Thanksgiving Program with Gift-giving for the 105
elderly-visitorless-inmates from the SCP;
Feeding Program for Reformation
Workers; Thanksgiving Service officiated
by Rev. David Allen Uy, at CLEM
Church.
November 1, 2016 - Rev. David Allen Uy turned-over the UCCC Head Servant-ship to Pastor
Dionicio “Jun” Borromeo. Ptr. Gary Zaldy
Galvez was designated as UCCC
Head Coordinator. Ptr. Jack Caratay
returned to UCCC as Asst. Head
Servant.
November 4, 2016 - Ptr. Elmer Anebigno conducted Seminar-Workshop on Equipping Church
Workers & Pastors at the UCCC Reformation
Office and another at the ICA Dorm;
UCCC Weekly Outreach Bible Study Program
was held at the Cell 218, a
model cell for MSTP, led by Ptr. Jun
Borromeo, with 39 attendees. (Cell 218
serves as its pilot project.)
November 7-8, 2016 - 17 UCCC members passed the Audition and Classification of Teachers
and Mentors in preparation for the
Cell2Cell Bible Study Program under the
Values Development Course (as replacement
to Ang Bagong Buhay) of the
MSTP, conducted by Ptr. Jun Borromeo and
Gary Galvez under the direct
supervision of PGI Emmanuel Ybalez as
Panel Chairman and Supervisor of
Reformation Office.
November 13, 2016 - Beginning of Weekly UCCC Worship Service for inmate-workers and
orderlies assigned at the Building
Construction / Civil Eng’g Unit, GSD,
MedSeCom, NBP, with 47 attendees.
November 16, 2016 - UCCC Weekly Outreach Bible Study Program at the ICA Dorm with 12
attendees.
November 19, 2016 - Beginning of Weekly UCCC Worship Service for inmate-workers
assigned at:
PILCO, held at PILCO IV, with 47 attendees;
Powerhouse / Electrical
Eng’g Unit, and the Mechanical Eng’g Unit,
GSD, MedSeCom, NBP, with 67
attendees.
November 26, 2016 - UCCC Interdenominational Last Saturday Worship Service and Feeding
Program for all 3 batches-member-graduates
of MSTP “Ang Bagong Buhay,
attended by 139 MSTP graduates and UCCC.
November 27, 2016 - Beginning of Weekly UCCC Worship Service for inmate-workers assigned
at the PILCO, held at PILCO I, with 90
attendees.
December 4, 2016 - Start of the Teachers-Mentors Seminar-Workshop for the Cell2Cell Bible
Study Program under the Values Development

159 attendees.
December 23, 2016 - UCCC Christmas Party held at the CLEM Church for the 39 Servants,
Stewards and Coordinators, hosted by Ptr.
Gary Galvez.
December 29, 2016 - UCCC Special Worship Service and Feeding Program for 100 elderly /
sickly inmates, held at the CLEM Church,
with visiting benefactors Niels
Patrick and Alma Riconalla as Guests,
hosted by Ptr. Gary Galvez.
December 31, 2016 - UCCC Special Year-End Fellowship Service Program (“A New Year’s
Resolution”) for Reformation Workers,
led by Rev. David Allen Uy, at the
Vocational Training School, MedSeCom, NBP.
